Dashboard overview
The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It collects the numbers you check every day: monthly sales and purchases, best-selling products, top customers, the latest sales and purchases, recent activity and your open tasks. Every block is a widget you can add, remove or move.
Open it from Dashboard → Overview (or click the logo in the top-left).

1 Add item
Opens the list of available widgets. Pick one and it is added at the bottom of the page. Available widgets:
- Month sales and purchases — sales vs purchases per month, as a chart
- My sales — your own sales compared with other users
- Best selling products and Customers who buy the most
- Last sales and Recent purchases — the newest documents with amounts and earnings / debt
- Latest activities — who created or edited what (invoices, products, brands, tickets)
- Unpaid invoices and Paid invoices
- Daily time spent on tasks and My tasks / My projects / My time entries / My issues
2 Create report
Builds a custom report widget from a saved report definition, so a report you run often shows on the dashboard instead of in the Reports menu.
3 Edit
Switches the page into layout mode. Drag widgets to reorder them and use the × in a widget's corner to remove it. Click Edit again to leave layout mode. The layout is saved per user.
4 Date not set
The period filter. With no date set, the widgets use their default ranges (the current year for the monthly chart, the newest records for the lists). Pick a range to limit every widget to it.
5 Month sales and purchases
Sales (blue) and purchases (green) totals per month. Hover a point to read the exact amount. Use the legend to hide one of the series.
6 List widgets
Best selling products, Customers who buy the most, Last sales and Recent purchases are clickable lists: the product, company or document number opens the record. Each row shows the quantity in units, or the document amount with the earnings (sales) or remaining debt (purchases).
Tasks on the dashboard
Below the widgets, the My tasks table lists tasks assigned to you with their project, status, due date, tracked time and priority. The tabs switch to My projects, My time entries and My issues. View all opens the full Tasks module.
