Sales invoices list
Last sales lists every sales invoice (VAT invoice) issued from the system with its amounts, payment state, posting status and remaining customer debt. Use the search box for a specific document, the Filters dropdown to narrow or group the list, and the date picker for a period.
Open it from Sales → Invoices → Invoices list.

1 Quick filters
Only posted shows confirmed invoices; Only drafts shows invoices that were saved but not posted yet (they do not affect stock, accounting or the customer's debt). Clear removes the quick filter.
2 Add filter
Adds a criterion: Operation (sale, return, opening balance, debt), Warehouse or Status (posted / draft). Several filters combine.
3 Grouping criteria
Groups the rows with subtotals by Year, Month, Day, Insert user (who issued the invoice) or Firm (customer). Use it for a quick "how much did we sell to X per month".
4 Date not set
Limits the list to an invoice date range. With no date set the newest invoices are shown first.
5 Download ZIP
Tick the checkbox at the start of one or more rows, then click Download ZIP to get the PDFs of all selected invoices in a single archive. Handy for sending a month's invoices to an accountant.
Columns and row actions
The default columns are ID, Date, Document (series and number, opens the invoice), Firm (customer), Created by, Operation, Price without VAT, VAT amount, Sales amount, Paid status (Paid / Unpaid), Status (Posted / Draft), Amount of debt, Earnings, Due date and Notes. Change them with Configure columns — see Configuring columns. The last row of the table shows totals for the current page.
The icons at the end of a row open the invoice, delete it (drafts only) and download its PDF. Enter search criteria searches by document number, customer name and note.
Creating and sending invoices
Create a new sale opens an empty invoice — see Creating a sale (invoice). Invoices that still have to be emailed to the customer are collected under Sales → Invoices → Invoices to send.
