Other modules overview
Other modules groups the smaller tools that do not belong to a core section: document storage, collections, supplier price lists, data exchange with external accounting, CRM and staff records. Which of them appear depends on the plugins enabled for your company.
Open them from the Other modules and Data exchange groups in the left menu.
What is in this section

| Collections | Custom record collections defined per company. |
| Supplier items | Supplier price lists imported into the system, matched to your products. |
| Supplier items → Import config, Formulas, Import log | Column mapping per supplier, price formulas, and the history of runs. |
| Rivile export | Export documents to Rivile accounting (Data exchange). |
| SMS | Send text messages to customers. |
| Domains | Hosting and domain records for customers you host. |
| Knowledge base | Internal articles for staff. |
| Password manager | Shared credentials with per-role access. |
| CRM leads and Activities | Leads before they become companies, and calls, meetings and notes. |
| Notifications | In-app notification list and settings. |
| Staff | Employees, contracts and work schedules. |
Templates for the documents the system prints are edited under Configuration: Email and document templates, Invoice PDF Templates, Order, Quote, And Proforma PDF Templates.
